How IPOB terrorized South East To comply to lockdown

The videos coming out of Igboland shows that IPOB reign of terror was responsible for why people stayed away from the streets to comply to lockdown order of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu’s disciples

By George Onmonya Daniel

Reign of terror by Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) was the reason why people largely stayed out of the streets on Monday in compliance to IPOB’s lockdown order. Using it militant arm, the Eastern Security Network (ESN), IPOB burnt down vehicles and in some videos they are seen patrolling in convoy of vehicles, heavily armed.

Since the formation of ESN they have launched attacks on police stations and on Nigeria security operative, killing them and carting away with arms and ammunition. Many police stations all across Igbo land have been attacked, policemen killed and razed.

Ordinarily when Pro-Biafra agitators organize this sit and home protest, some people would be seen here and there going about their businesses, nowadays armed to the teeth, people are more afraid to even try to come out because of fears of being attacked.

The driver of one of the buses that was burnt said three people were in the car when it was set ablaze by IPOB members. He made video and explain to people who gathered how three passengers in the vehicle were burnt alive.

The Nigerian army and the Nigerian Police were nowhere to be seen as they complied to the lockdown too.

Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the group is in detention in Nigeria’s secret police facility in Abuja after he was kidnapped in Kenya and brought back to Nigeria by Kenya and Nigerian security operative, a partnership that is still being condemned by many notable Nigerians.
