Mallam Na-Allah Mohammed Zagga, one of Northern Nigeria's most prolific and brilliant journalist wrote a brief tribute to actress Genevieve Nnaji yesterday on his wall on Facebook and floods of comments poured in to show respect and admiration for the queen of Nollywood.

Hats off to the diva of the Nigerian movie industry–Genevieve Nnaji!
She is my star of all time. Superbly talented, but amazingly humble. Hardly do you come across Nnaji bringing others down.
She has minded her own business, thereby making busybodies irrelevant.
Rarely do I pay tributes to actresses, but with Nnaji, I must break my own rule.
One of things that attract me to famous people is their humility. Nnaji won my admiration precisely for this reason. If a woman is destined to shine, what others say against her is of no consequence.

Everybody has something good to say about the Diva of Nigerian movie industry. These comments are coming from the Northern parts of the country. In anywise you would say the entertainment industry transcends petty sentiment that are tribal and religious and a unifying factor like football.
Miss Genevieve Nnaji has received great support from all Nigerians after stories of her popped up on the internet that she was going through depressing moment and was even admitted in the hospital in the United States for depression.
She appeared recently at an event with Bem Bruce Murray in Lagos.
