A man from Sokoto in a viral video on social media has called on the military to remove Buhari from power. In the video, he also pleaded with Atiku Abubakar, the PDP presidential candidate, to help them.
He complained that he money has been rejected, showing one thousand naira notes that has been rejected over CBN policy that the old money would no longer be in use by 31st January, 2023.
There is a report that people and businesses in Sokoto are already rejecting the old currency. The man complained that he has two wives and severally children and lamented over how he was going to buy food stuff for them.
