The latest photo of Alhaji Bamanga Tukur, a Nigerian businessman and politician who served as a De-Facto National Chairman of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) from 2012 to 2014 is all over social media. He was also a former Governor of the defunct Gongola State (now Adamawa and Taraba States) in 1983 during the Second Republic.
“Tukur is a prominent figure in Nigeria’s business sector, having been the CEO of the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) and a key player in international trade. He has also held leadership roles in various organizations, including the African Business Roundtable.
“But, this is his current state of health.” Most of the posts on social media reads.
When some are sympathetic and praying for him, others advise Nigerian leaders to look at the image and learn that despite all the money they steal and make living unbearable for vulnerable Nigerians, this will be their end too.
