The former Central Bank Governor and now the Governor of Anambra State, Mr. Charles Chukwuma Soludo, told a pastor preaching in the market place using microphone that he was not permitted to do so because it was noise polution.
The governor who was on a tour stumbled into the preacher and advised him to preach in his church and not disturb the public. “They would have arrested you, you are contravening the law.” The crowd who surrounded the governor seems to agree.
