Zenith Bank halts operations without explanations to customers

One of Nigeria’s major banks, Zenith Bank, has not be operating to full capacity close to a week now with hundreds of thousands, running to millions of customers not being able to have access their money.

Customers were not informed about what the exact problems. What some customers thought was just a minor glitch has now lingered for too long.

Zenith Bank have not really made it public. Customers who went to complain were told the problem will be sorted out soon. Many have not been able to use their account as monies sent to them for the past days has not dropped.

Officials of Zenith Bank have also been silent about the problem.
