we kill them to get the kidney, young kidnapper confesses

NEWISSUES has come across a video on social media of a young man who confessed to a group of people that he was part of a human kidnapping gangs that kidnap human beings and kill them to get their kidney just for N25,000 (Twenty five thousand naira). When the video is viral, the Nigerian media has laregly ignored it.

The incident happened in South West, the young man barely twenty years had tyre around him, and the crowd usually set suspects in such situation ablaze and roast them alive, what Nigerians call “jungle justice.”

NEWISSUES has not been able to verify the faith of the young man. Kidney harvest has become a new trade in Nigeria. Daily Trust documentary showed poor people selling their kidney willingly in Abuja, and we have seen cases of people being lured to get their kidney harvested across Nigeria.

Killing for “ritual” purposes is also out there and quite common in South West Nigeria than anywhere. A Nigerian senator, Mr. Ekwerenmadu, is in jail in London for luring a young man to the United Kingdom to harvest his kidney for his daughter.
